We warmly welcome you to our photography museum. We kindly ask you to observe the following house rules so that all visitors can fully enjoy their visit.
Photos and artworks: Touching photos and artworks is not allowed, unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
Cloakroom and bags: Backpacks, large bags, bulky and/or wet coats, and umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom located in the lobby, which is free of charge. Backpacks and large bags can also be checked at the museum shop desk.
Photography: Taking photos for personal use is allowed in the exhibition spaces unless stated otherwise. The use of flash, tripods, or other equipment is not permitted. Commercial use of photos is only allowed with prior written permission.
Food and drink: Eating and drinking in the exhibition spaces is not allowed. Food brought from outside may not be consumed in the museum café.
Smoking and vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the museum and on the exterior stairs.
Pets: Pets are not allowed, not even in a bag. Exceptions are made for assistance dogs or guide dogs for the visually impaired.
Mobile phones: Please set your mobile phone to silent when entering the exhibition spaces so that everyone can enjoy the photos and artworks.
Groups: Groups with an average age of 18 or younger must be accompanied by at least two adults per 10 young people.
Children: Children must always remain under adult supervision.
Accessibility: The museum is accessible for visitors with disabilities. If you have any questions, please contact our front desk staff.
Emergencies: In the event of an emergency or incident, follow the instructions of the staff and use the designated emergency exits.
